A closer look at how the brief is developed
No two addresses present the same combination of walls, light, access and daily routines. These are the conversations that make a professional furniture package specific to the property rather than a variation on a standard product.
The first message does not need to be technical

The survey has a purpose
Approximate measurements help us judge scale. Production dimensions are different: they are taken at the points that control doors, fillers, worktops, services and the route into the room.
Module divisions are checked against both the elevation and the installation route. A technically convenient joint still needs to look deliberate once the doors are closed.
Choose from a shortlist, not a wall of samples
A convincing sample is one that still makes sense beside the floor, doors and light that will remain. We also confirm what supports it, how edges are finished and which hardware carries the load.
Strong daylight around Peñíscola can make sheen and grain appear more pronounced. A sample is therefore judged at the angle and scale in which it will be seen.
The route into the room shapes the furniture
A beautiful elevation is not enough if it cannot enter the building or be adjusted safely. The fitting sequence is considered while the drawings can still respond.
When installation overlaps with renovation work, the sequence matters. Floors, paint, electrical work and furniture each need a clear point at which the next trade can proceed.
Not every detail deserves the same investment
Where the budget needs discipline, we protect the parts that work hardest: sensible internals, reliable moving hardware and a layout that uses the room well. Decorative upgrades can remain choices.
For a professional furniture package, we can identify the decision that drives most of the cost and explain it before smaller choices distract from the total.
